  1. VIEWING AND PRINTING:

  3. Viewing and Printing are similar
  4. operations--each starts with the selection
  5. of one of the options under the 'View'
  6. menu. You can view all of the Funds with
  7. their starting balance (balance at the start
  8. of the month), the amount budgeted for the
  9. month, how much the balance has
  10. changed so far this month, and the current
  11. balance. The next option is the same
  12. information (except for budgets) for all
  13. Accounts. To aid with setting budgets, the
  14. third option shows spending patterns for
  15. the year to date for the various Funds.
  16. Then there are three options for displaying
  17. transactions: all transactions, those
  18. involving a particular Fund, and those
  19. involving a particular Account. You will be
  20. prompted for the particular Fund or
  21. Account on the latter options. The
  22. information will be displayed on your
  23. screen, and you can scroll down using the
  24. mouse to portions which are out of sight.
  25. The 'Home', 'End', 'Page Up', 'Page
  26. Down', up arrow and down arrow keys
  27. also affect the position of the scroll bar.

  29. To print information, first select it using
  30. the 'View' menu as described above. Then
  31. choose 'Print' under the 'File' menu. A
  32. printer dialog will pop up and you can
  33. select your printer and resolution. Then it
  34. should print. If there is an error a
  35. message will pop up on the screen.
  36. Hopefully you can correct the problem and
  37. try again.
